Hypnotherapy

The human mind is incredibly powerful. Hypnosis allows you to access and harness the power to: quit smoking, get rid of weight, erase fears, phobias, and anxiety, panic attacks, stress, eliminate negative habits and emotions, build self esteem, enhance performance, and much, much more.

Hypnotherapy can help you achieve a balance between your mind, body and spirit, and live a happier, more satisfying, peaceful life. Hypnosis can help you literally create a better you!

Hypnosis is an easy way to achieve what you want. It uses a completely natural state of consciousness that we all experience daily. Hypnosis is an effective modality for many people; it helps bring lasting change into your life. A National Institutes of Health (NIH) panel has endorsed its use for the relief of various types of chronic pain. It is also a very useful relaxation technique.

Our lives are governed by our thoughts, which in turn affect the beliefs we hold about ourselves. Through hypnosis clients can understand where their thinking stems from and literally change it. This adjustment doesn’t have to be painful or frustrating. Clients soon learn that hypnosis can help a person create change faster than they might believe. Imagine a smoking cessation program with a success rate as high as 96%, or a weight reduction program that really works. Perhaps you have an underlying fear, too much stress or you’d like to enhance your performance at work, home, or at play. Hypnosis can address all of these areas with dramatic results.

During the relaxed trance state, you become extremely suggestible and it is at this time that hypnosis can assist you. Suggestions are made as if they were real. As you let go, your imagination becomes heightened and although you are in a very relaxed state, your subconscious mind is alert the whole time. It is often compared to daydreaming or losing yourself while watching a movie. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you.

At the initial consultation and session, the majority of the time is spent in consultation, discovering (if known) where our beliefs come from. Appointments include an extensive consultation, acupuncture and bioelectromagnetic therapy (to help one become relaxed and receptive), followed by a personalized hypnosis session. Amongst these therapies, a person is better able to become relaxed while regaining a sense of balance. Sessions are recorded so you can listen to later. Initial consultations and sessions are from 2 ½ to 3 hours. We ask that you set aside enough time. Follow up sessions for the same conditions are 1 hour.

Stop putting off becoming the person you really want to be. It’s only a phone call away.
