All fees are to be rendered at the time of treatment.

Our usual patient hours are, by appointment:

Your First Visit

We ask that you set aside 2 hours for your initial consultation and session. David will spend the first hour reviewing your medical history, symptoms and concerns. The second hour is for treatment. The fee is $150.

A first hypnosis session with Sheila includes an extensive consultation followed by a “mini” acupuncture session or bioelectromagnetic treatment and then by hypnosis. The fee is $150.00.

Follow-Up Visits

Regular follow-up visits are one hour. The fee is $60. David’s or Sheila’s services are all inclusive except for homeopathic and herbal therapies or separate bioelectromagnetic therapy which are extra.

Patients who have complex cases or widespread pain requiring more time may wish to schedule 75 or 90 minute appointments. The fee is $75 for 75 minute and $90 for 90 minutes appointments.

Additional hypnosis sessions for new issues are $100.00 for the first session, and these sessions normally last about 1-1½ hours.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, please call (321) 751-7001 at least 24-Hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged. For no shows or appointments cancelled less than 24-hours prior, see fee schedule below. If we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive your next treatment or session free of charge.

Other fees

First time, last-minute rescheduling: no charge

Subsequent last-minute rescheduling: $40

Missed appointments: (no show/no call): $60

Bounced check: $25

Detailed receipt with insurance codes: $5

Individual bio-electromagnetic therapy follow up sessions: $25 each.

Chinese herbs: prices vary; a 10-15 day supply is usually in the $18 -$28 range.

Western herbs: prices vary; the average price per ounce is around $2.50

Homeopathics: prices vary; one month supply is usually in the $20 – $40 range with most around $20.00.
